Subsurface runoff represents the flow of water moving laterally through the surface layers of the soil. Data are available monthly from 2000 to 2023, with a spatial resolution of 11,132 meters. These data have been aggregated by Fokontany and by Communes to quantify the volume of water expressed in height-equivalents (meters), as if water were uniformly distributed over the administrative surface.

- date : date in format: YYYY-MM, corresponding to year and month
- new_commune : commune name after 2019
- old_commune : commune name before 2019
- comm_fkt : name of fokontany using standardized ‘new_commune’_’fokontany’ nomenclature
