Description
The Ifd_admin_Old_GADM_level_4_(Old_Commune) and Ifd_admin_New_GADM_level_4_(New_Commune) data represent the administrative divisions of the Ifanadiana district in two periods:
- Ifd_admin_Old_GADM_level_4_(Old_Commune) reflects the old communal division in force until 2019
- Ifd_admin_New_GADM_level_4_(New_Commune) represents the new territorial organization established in 2019/2020, which includes fifteen communes following the creation of AMBIABE and AMPASINAMBO. This data should be used 2019-onwards.
These static data enable us to track the evolution of the district's administrative division.
